IMPORTANT: Refund Policy

All semester tuition is non-refundable once the semester begins. Please review all policies carefully before enrolling. Our refund policy is detailed in the first section below.

By enrolling in a semester program, families commit to the full 16-lesson semester. We hold your student's weekly time slot for the entire semester, which prevents us from offering that spot to other students.

WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS:

All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to info@mylesmusicacademy.com.

REFUND SCHEDULE:

  • Before semester start date: Full refund minus $50 administrative processing fee
  • After semester begins: No refunds
  • EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES:

    We understand that unexpected situations arise. Requests for refunds due to medical emergencies (with doctor's documentation) or family relocation (50+ miles) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

    MAKE-UP LESSON POLICY:

    Students who provide 24-hour advance notice of absence may schedule up to 2 make-up lessons per semester. Instructor-cancelled lessons will always be rescheduled or credited. No-shows without notice do not qualify for make-up lessons.

    SEMESTER COMMITMENT:

    We encourage all families to carefully consider their schedule and commitment before enrolling. Our semester-based structure is designed to provide consistent, progressive instruction that leads to meaningful musical development.
